- Tymek studied linguistics, Polish and English at KU Leuven, including courses focusing on theory and practice about presentations/presenting

- Worked 1 year as a language teacher / animator (the students were children)

- Now active as a language teacher for adult students

- 3 months internship at the Consular Department of the Polish Embassy in Brussels as an assistant translator
