Valerie Thys is a passionate communicator.
She is a native trilingual interviewer and presenter.
Over the past 17 years, she has been working as a host in the entertainment (radio, TV and digital events) and corporate world.

She is also a trained weather forecaster and sustainability expert. 
Helping customers and organizations to communicate clearly and powerfully about their efforts to innovate, become more sustainable and establish their vision of the future is her mission.

Gender equality and women's rights are 2 other themes she discusses every week in her feminist entrepreneurial podcast “What we Women Want”.

EXTRA INTRODUCTION:

Valerie Thys is a host and master of ceremony with a broad experience in live events, online shows
and broadcasting.
As a native speaker (NL, FR, EN) she can moderate, interview and host live, on-screen
or on-stage in Dutch, French and English.
She works as a voice-over and podcast host mostly for medical and business related clients.

Valerie has been active as an entrepreneur in the food, luxury goods and hospitality business.
As a lecturer at Syntra business school, she helped entrepreneurs develop their digital media and
presentation skills.

Valerie was a professional weather forecaster and worked as a weather presenter from 2009 (RTBF,
Play 4 & Radio Nostalgie) until 2018 for Belgian TV & Radio.

In 2020 she enrolled in the Harvard business online program obtaining a certificate of 'Sustainable
Business Strategy'
and currently she is continuing her sustainability studies at the Wageningen
University & Research .
